The 32.8' 2L1010P HDB, PS/2 Console Extender Cable from Aten is designed to connect two KVM systems to each other while providing the highest signal capacity with the lowest signal loss. The extender cable is double shielded to prevent RF interference; below the outer PVC insulator there is a copper braid RF shield, and beneath the RF shield there is a mylar foil shield. There is an HDB male/female connector for VGA connection, and two male/female 6-pin mini-DIN connectors for your mouse and keyboard. The cable contains low resistance and low capacitance 24 AWG wires for maximum video performance. The red, green, and blue video signals are carried through coaxial wires to reduce interference, and the signal carrying wires are enclosed in a one-piece envelope. The video cable is constructed in compliance with standard UL 2919, and the mouse and keyboard cable is constructed in compliance with standard UL 2464.
